1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with Tiny Habits AI. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
1.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase
- No reason required
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
1.2 Service Issue Refunds
You may request a refund if you experience:
- Extended service unavailability (more than 48 hours)
- Critical feature malfunctions that are not promptly fixed
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Regular subscriptions beyond the 7-day refund period
- Subscriptions used for more than 30 days
- Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service
- Services purchased through third-party channels
- Duplicate subscriptions (users can cancel in account settings)
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request

- Provide the following information:
- Registered email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Refund reason (optional)
- We will respond within 2 business days
3.2 Processing Time
- Review Time: 1-3 business days
- Refund Receipt: 5-10 business days (depending on payment method)
- Paddle Processing: Some refunds are processed through Paddle platform
4. Partial Refunds
For annual subscription users requesting refunds during the subscription period:
- Unused months may be refunded proportionally
- Used months will be charged at monthly rate
- Promotional discounts will be offset
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription anytime in account settings
- Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
- Cancellation does not equal refund - must be requested separately
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
6. Free Trial
- Canceling during free trial period incurs no charges
- Reminder emails are sent before trial ends
- Standard refund policy applies after trial converts to paid
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- Request a manual review
- Provide additional supporting documentation

8. Policy Changes
